Ingredients
  • 1 apple
  • 1 banana
  • 1 strawberry
  • 1 carton vanilla yogurt
  • 3/4 cup milk
  • 1 tablespoon sugar, optional
 
Method

Cut up apple, banana and strawberry then place it into a blender. Scoop yogurt into blender with milk. Add sugar, if desired.
