Apple Banana Smoothie with Hint of Strawberry

This smoothie makes a fruity snack or healthy start to your day. Change things up a bit by adding different flavors of yogurt.
Ingredients
- 1 apple
- 1 banana
- 1 strawberry
- 1 carton vanilla yogurt
- 3/4 cup milk
- 1 tablespoon sugar, optional

Cut up apple, banana and strawberry then place it into a blender. Scoop yogurt into blender with milk. Add sugar, if desired.
