Ingredients:
| 1 pkg | /can Pillsbury Biscuits-flaky |
| ½ can | Mashed Pumpkin |
| 3 Tbsp | Sugar |
| 1 tsp | Vanilla Extract |
| ½ tsp | Cinnamon |
| ½ tsp | Nutmeg |
| 6 | Almonds, ground |
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Cut a hole in each biscuits with a small cookie cutter. Mix pumpkin with sugar, nutmeg, cinnamon and vanilla extract, then combine all the ingredients well. Fill each biscuit by spreading it in the middle like a doughnut. Place the small dough cut-out lightly on top and sprinkle with almond pieces. Bake for 20 minutes or until they are golden brown. Remove from oven and sprinkle with some more almonds. Serve with coffee, tea or milk.
