Blueberry Heart Saver

Ingredients:

½ cup Fresh or Frozen Blueberries
½ cup Non Fat Plain Greek Yogurt or Non Fat Plain Kefir
¼ tsp Alcohol Free Vanilla Flavor
Water or Ice, optional
1 tsp Chia Seeds

Directions:

Combine the first five ingredients in a blender or food processor. Blend until smooth, then add water, or ice, to achieve desired consistency.

Add chia seeds and let sit for 1-2 minutes until chia seed plump.
