| ½ cup | Fresh or Frozen Blueberries |
| ½ cup | Non Fat Plain Greek Yogurt or Non Fat Plain Kefir |
| ¼ tsp | Alcohol Free Vanilla Flavor |
| Water or Ice, optional | |
| 1 tsp | Chia Seeds |
Directions:
Combine the first five ingredients in a blender or food processor. Blend until smooth, then add water, or ice, to achieve desired consistency.
Add chia seeds and let sit for 1-2 minutes until chia seed plump.
