Ingredients:
| 8 slices | French Bread, sliced ¾" thick |
| 4 | Eggs |
| 1 cup | Milk |
| 3 Tbsp | Grand Marnier |
| ½ Tbsp | Sugar |
| ½ tsp | Vanilla |
| ¼ tsp | Salt |
| Confectioner's Sugar |
Directions:
Arrange bread in a single layer in a 9" x 13" baking dish. Whisk together all other ingredients except confectioner's sugar. Pour over bread, turning slices to coat evenly. Refrigerate, covered, overnight.
Preheat oven to 350. Take covering off baking dish. Put in oven and bake about 25 minutes, testing to ensure egg is cooked through and bread is golden. Remove from oven. Sprinkle with confectioner's sugar.
Nice served with maple syrup and/or applesauce.
