Croissant French Toast

Tender croissants flavored with cinnamon, pumpkin pie spices, and vanilla for a delicate French toast.
Ingredients
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tbsp vanilla
- 1 tsp pumpkin spices
- 1 croissant
- 1 pat butter
- Powdered sugar
- Maple syrup

Method
Slice croissant into 6 equal slices. Beat eggs and mix with cinnamon, pumpkin spices and vanilla. Mix well and dip croissant slices into mixture. Melt butter in a pan. Drop in croissant slices and cook on both sides until brown. Sprinkle with powdered sugar and serve with syrup.
