Method
Use the butter to lightly spread on one side of each piece of bread. Place each slice of bread butter side up on a cutting board. Use a cookie cutter in the shape of a daisy flower to cut into the piece of bread and press down in center of bread. Heat a griddle or fry pan over medium heat. Place the bread butter side down on the griddle or fry pan and crack one egg into the cut out. Brown until the egg is cooked to desired hardness. Add salt and pepper to taste. Remove from heat and place on serving plate. Repeat with other slices of bread. Then in the same pan, brown the daisy cut out with the slice of Canadian bacon brushing both on top with the maple syrup. Place the daisy cut out and Canadian bacon on top of the bread with the cooked egg on a slight angle and dust lightly with powdered sugar.
