Ingredients:
| 2 cups | Frozen Shredded Hash Brown Potatoes, thawed (with any excess water removed |
| ⅓ cup | Margarine or Butter, melted |
| 1 cup | Diced Fully Cooked Ham |
| 1 cup | Shredded Monterey Jack Cheese |
| ¼ cup | Diced Green Pepper |
| ¼ cup | Chopped Onion |
| 2 | Eggs |
| ½ cup | Milk |
| Salt & Black Pepper, to taste | |
Directions:
Preheat oven 425 degrees. Press hash browns in a greased 9-inch pie plate. Drizzle with margarine and bake for 25 minutes. Meanwhile, combine ham, cheese, green pepper and onion. Spoon mixture into baked crust. In a small bowl beat eggs, milk, salt and pepper. Pour over ham and cheese mixture. Reduce oven heat to 350 degrees and bake 25-30 minutes or until done. Allow to stand for 10 minutes before serving.
