Elaine's Quiche In a Cake Pan

Beaten eggs, seasoned with rosemary and onion, are poured over cooked bacon in a cake pan.Ingredients
- 12 slices bacon
- 9 eggs, beaten
- 1/4 tsp dried rosemary or 1 tsp fresh
- Onion or shallot greens
- Salt and pepper, to taste

Arrange bacon as illustrated and bake at 350 degrees until crisp. Remove from oven and drain off fat. Lower oven temperature to 325 degrees. Combine eggs, rosemary, onion greens, salt and pepper; mix well. Pour mixture into pan and bake until set.
Notes: Bacon and eggs, a traditional breakfast, is given another twist in this easy to make, delicious quiche. Prep time does not include baking the bacon crust. It takes about fifteen minutes.
