Pamper your family with delicious homemade waffles--serve with butter, fruit, whipped cream and maple syrup.
 

Ingredients

  • 1 3/4 cup flour
  • 1 tbsp baking soda
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 2 cups milk

Method

In a bowl, mix dry ingredients. In another bowl, beat eggs. Add wet ingredients to dry and mix. Pour into preheated waffle iron. Cook as directed for waffle iron. Serve hot topped with butter, strawberries and whipped cream or maple syrup.
