Beat eggs in a bowl with electric mixer until fluffy. Add milk, flour, sugar and salt. Beat continuously until mixture is the consistency of cream. Pour into a buttered round pan, lined with waxed paper (batter should be only 1/3-inch deep.) Bake in a 425 degree oven for 15-20 minutes. Turn out onto a serving dish and peel off waxed paper.
