French Toast

This French toast dish is more like a casserole. The cream cheese gets baked in nicely and the dash of cinnamon really finishes things off perfectly.
Ingredients
- 16 slices white bread, crust removed and torn
- 8 oz cream cheese, chopped
- 10 eggs
- 1 1/2 cups milk
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 cup syrup

Method
In a 11 X 13 nonstick pan, place a layer of bread and sprinkle with cream cheese. Top with remaining bread. Combine eggs, milk and cinnamon then pour over and refrigerate overnight. Bake in a 350 degree oven for 45 minutes then top with syrup and bake 10 more minutes.
