Pretender Eggs Benedict With Ham & Asparagus

|4 slices||Swiss or Other Cheese|
|4 slices||Bacon, fried crisp and drained|
|4 oz||Thinly Sliced Ham|
|½ tsp||Salt, divided|
|12||Medium Spears Asparagus, cooked and trimmed to fit muffins|
|1 pkg||Hollandaise Sauce|
You'll need a microwave safe pan with individual holes (about the diameter of an English muffin) to cook the eggs. Split, toast and butter the muffins. Place one slice of cheese on each muffin. Break the bacon into 3 pieces and place on the cheese. Put one slice of ham on top of the bacon. Spray the egg cooking pan with nonstick spray. Break one egg into each container. Whip the egg, then add cream, and salt and pepper.
Cook each egg in the microwave for 1 minute. While eggs are cooking, make Hollandaise sauce per package instructions, using milk and butter.
Put one egg on each prepared muffin and add the asparagus spears. Top with Hollandaise sauce and serve.
You can make your own Hollandaise of course, but this is so easy, quick and very good. It is easy enough for a quick supper or even fancy for company.
