Salami Cheese Spinach Quiche

Salami, Gouda, Swiss and spinach combine for a tasty egg dish that can't be beat. Serve this at your next brunch or for a Saturday morning breakfast.
 

Ingredients

  • 9 inch pie crust
  • 1/2 cup chopped hard salami
  • 1/2 cup chopped smoked Gouda cheese
  • 1/2 cup chopped Swiss cheese
  • 1/2 cup chopped cooked drained spinach, fresh or frozen
  • 1/2 pint half and half
  • 5 large eggs
  • 1 tbsp all purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup bread crumbs, optional topping
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Method

Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Whisk eggs, half and half, flour, salt and pepper together in a large bowl. Add remaining ingredients and mix completely. Pour into a pie crust and bake for 15 minutes. Lower temperature to 350 degrees and bake for 20-30 minutes.
