Sticky Butterscotch Rolls

These sweet rolls are a great way to spice up brunch. The butterscotch pudding really adds a great flavor and tastes great with the pecans.
 

Ingredients

  • 1 lb frozen loaf bread dough, thawed
  • 1/3 cup chopped pecans
  • 1 box butterscotch pudding, not instant
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar

Method

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Cut loaf into 16 pieces. Roll each bread piece in pecans. Place in a greased bundt pan and sprinkle with pudding. In a small pan, melt butter and stir in sugar. Pour butter mixture over dough. Cover and let rise until doubled. Remove cover and bake 20-25 minutes. Turn upside down to cool on a serving platter.
