Scrambled eggs topped with creamy American cheese makes a quick and easy breakfast, lunch or light dinner.

  • Servings: 6


10 Eggs
3 slices American Cheese, divided into thirds
4-5 Tbsp Milk
Salt & Pepper To Taste


In a bowl, whisk eggs and milk with a fork. Pour into a 12 inch nonstick skillet over medium heat. When eggs start to firm around edges, stir with spatula, then add the cheese. Mix cheese into eggs and season to taste.

Helpful Tips:

Once you add the cheese, you need to be aware not to overcook the eggs. Just make sure that the white of the eggs is fully cooked.
